The staff was really amazing making my stay better than I could hope. Especially Hany and Edo. Two gems. The food was delicious. The place was clean and quiet. Also, the spa was a bonus and I had a Balinese massage which was really great. Will definitely come back if I need to stay in the region! Thank you again.

Очень спокойный отель, вокруг много зелени, необычной для нас, инстаграмные места для фото. Русских мало - в основном иностранцы, европейцы.
Номера просто громадные по размеру, ванну и комнату разделяет прозрачное стекло (можно завесить рольшторой). До номера везли на багги с главного корпуса. Тренажерный зал минутах в 10 езды от отеля (нас отвезли на мопеде).
Бассейн на свежем воздухе - один большой, второй маленький для релакса с подогревом. Завтраки а-ля карт, блюда большие, вкусные, часто перченые с местными соусами, ужинали тоже в отеле (со скидкой). Цены на еду невысокие.
Воду в номер приносили каждый день. Сервис на уровне. На большом балконе диван с подушками и стол, два стула. Персонал выполняет все просьбы, внимательные и приветливые. Зонтики можно взять в отеле и затем вернуть после прогулки. Расположение отличное, ездили с местным водителем на экскурсии.
В номере работал фумигатор от комаров (но их не было в сухой сезон в июле). Местами были тучки, иногда шел дождь ночью и утром. В номере было всё необходимое - чайник, тапочки, фен, мыло-гель. К размещению рекомендую! Лучше брать не 3 дня, а минимум 5-7 для полного релакса.

Overall, my stay was very disappointing and I would not recommend this property.

Regarding house‑keeping service: I stayed for 5 nights and my room was not cleaned on 3 of those days. Rubbish was left piling‑up inside, bath towels were dirty, and once I had to sleep on a damp sheet after it got wet. I called reception and clearly requested daily room cleaning, yet on one occasion the room was still left untouched when I came back.

As for restaurant service, only one member of staff was consistently warm, welcoming and friendly. All the other restaurant employees appeared unfriendly and unsmiling.

I would strongly advise guests to avoid the ground‑floor bungalows. There is almost no natural light, poor ventilation, a persistent musty smell inside the room, and laundry will not dry properly. I have not stayed in other room types, so I cannot comment on them.

During my 17‑day trip across Bali I stayed at four different accommodations. Deep Roots on Nusa Penida was by far the best, and this place was easily the worst. Not recommended.

Staff in the restaurant, specially Hany were great and understanding.

Only thing to improve could be slightly better upkeep of the washrooms in the villa rooms.
It’s in the middle of the rice fields and can be a little creepy for the kids to see insects in the bathing area

We booked the Ubud tour and our guide was Aris, a gentle, respectful, prepared young man that made our trip amazing, much more beyond the expectations. In general the experience in the resort has been wonderful. Very high level , beautiful suite, delicious food, the staff kind and at the complete disposal of the guests. Super positive experience,deeply recommended

Beautiful place in a peaceful enviroment. The room was very confortable, well cleaned and full of amenities. The personnel was very kind, always at disposal for everything. The restaurant was extraordinary, starting from the tasty breakfast. The ospitality is outstanding.

If you are staying at this resort I would definitely recommend doing the traditional Balinese cooking class! 🇮🇩 The food was delicious, and we got to make several authentic Balinese dishes while learning about the ingredients and cooking traditions.

Our chef (Chef Wing) was incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He shared lots of interesting facts about Bali, Balinese culture and the history behind the different dishes, which made the experience even more special. After cooking, we got to enjoy all the dishes we made together at a beautiful private location, which was a lovely way to finish the experience. It was fun, and a great way to experience a little more of Balinese culture.

The atmosphere of the resort is wonderful. The rooms are big, clean and cozy. The service is excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helped us plan our trip. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.||The hotel is a little far from the centre, and if you walk there, you need to go up a hill. The room was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant, although there was a slight sewage smell around the bathroom area.||We arrived quite late and didn’t realise that there was an afternoon tea service. Unfortunately, the timing didn’t work out for us to join any of the activities, but if we had had more time, we would have loved to try the meditation pool and yoga.||The garden was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet location.

Great place to relax and discover Bali. Everything is well organised, for exemple you can order breakfast the day before so it is served immediately as you arrive in the morning. Every member of the staff is welcoming and friendly (shootout to Liana and every other staff I encountered). One staff member even landed us a bicycle for a couple of minutes so that we could practice before a bicycle trip.
The food was great and even made less spicy for tourists.The swimming pool was nice and relaxing, and the rooms nice as well. The only funny thing is that the bathrooms have no roofs, so it's better to wash earlier before the mosquitoes arrive. Other all, it was a really relaxing place to spend a couple of days, I highly recommend it.

Étape très agréable dans cet hôtel pour 2 nuits à Ubud. Personnel très attentionné, à l écoute. Hotel calme avec une navette gratuite pratique pour Ubud (15 min de voiture et 10 min à pied du palais royal) . Le restaurant est un peu cher pour le pays mais bon et personnel très agréable. Petit dej très bien . Il y a d autres restaurants alentours avec quelques minutes à pied.

I had my rice field pool villa, however my expectations of peaceful blissful time were never met, a few hundred meters away a tractor kept working loud as soon as I arrived, the next day at lunch another machine worked even louder next to the restaurant. The team was not truly nice, as soon as you gave your input they said sorry etc and then started snickering amongst themselves in their language. The manager tried to offer me for a night another room that looked worn down and without a pool. The only reason why they get 2 stars is because the spa was good.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Surrounded by beautiful rice fields, it’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down and relax. The private villas are also perfect for spending a peaceful time without having to go anywhere.

The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back again.

One thing to note: the location shown on Google Maps is actually the buggy pick-up point, and you take a buggy from there to the hotel. The road is quite narrow, so Grab drivers may not always be able to reach the hotel directly.
