Wir hatten gestern ein sehr gutes Abendessen und heute ein sehr gutes Frühstück.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

It’s a beautiful hotel, and Edo and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, but unfortunately I broke my wrist and had to have surgery after slipping in the early morning on the stairs connecting the room and the bathroom, since the stone flooring isn’t slip-resistant.

I firmly believe the hotel should improve its anti-slip and safety measures, especially in wet or humid weather, and post appropriate warning signs for guests.

I am not writing this with any negative intent, but in the hope that future guests can avoid injuries like this or even more serious ones.

A highly recommended experience, both for its charming surroundings and for its staff, who could not be more pleasant, always paying attention to every detail. We would especially like to mention the Balinese dinner, which we absolutely loved. Thank you, Hany, Juny, Naila, Ameh, and Erik for your wonderful attention and hospitality

Arya Arkanantha is a very good resort and highly recommend for anyone looking to have a comfortable stay with excellent service. The staff was very helpful and food was tasty as well. In particular Hany who was our server for the kecak dance performance was super professional and took great care of us.

Wonderful resort & spa tucked away among Balinese rice fields with very helpful staff that go out of the way to make you feel at home and make your stay memorable

We really enjoyed our time here, the location looks amazing. The staff is super friendly and attentive, espacially Juni and the restaurant service. The Balinese Food night is also definetly worth it. Really recommend!

The Restaurant has an excellent service and food. Perfect to enjoy after traveling in Bali and before going out of hotel in the mornings. The service of Liana in the Restaurant was perfect 👍🏽.

What a great resort. The location, the rooms, the service and the natural beauty of the resort was spot on. I had an accident during my stay ( not at the hotel but outside) the hotel made sure I was taken care of. They were helpful and caring with my injury.

What an exceptional resort with outstanding customer service. Hany at Tirka restaurant made me feel very welcomed. Great attention to detail. The Balinese dance was unique and the Balinese set menu was absolutely delicious! I will certainly be returning and recommending to all family and friends. Quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal por sobre todas las comodidades y servicios , fue mi cumpleaños y me sorprendieron con decoraciones en el cuarto y luego una torta de regalo, siempre están con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo posible aún siendo difícil comunicarse en los diferentes idiomas.|El hotel es hermoso, muy cerca del centro y con servicio de traslado gratuito a otras aéreas, tiene también un restaurante donde la comida es riquísima. |Gracias Edo y todo el equipo!!
