Very friendly staff and Exilent service

My wife and I went to Ubud för 5 nights. Our first time in Bali. I was not involved in the choice of accomodation. Arriving at Arya Arkananta was like stepping into another World. Sitúated among rice fields intersected by miniature roads, no cars, it was the right place för us. Walking on these small roads seeing People working the fields greeting you, you feel a Balinese hospitality seems to be everywhere.

Arrival and check in was smooth and efficient. The staff are so kind and friendly even the welcome drink. So thoughtful. The resort location is beautiful and peaceful. Surrounded by rice padi fields. Beautiful gardens within the resort was wonderful to explore. The pool is relaxing and there were plenty of towels available for guests to use. The room was huge. The bathroom was spacious with an impressive bath tub and shower available. Spacious room with classic Balinese style decor. Very tasteful. The balcony was also spacious with a view over the resort gardens, pool area, palm trees and a volcano in the distance! Incredible !!
The hotel provided me with a tour and allowed me to tailor the itinerary to my requests. It was awesome. Budi was my driver. He spoke excellent English and drove me to some fabulous and well chosen locations. Temples, a volcano caldera, the rice padi terraces, waterfalls had lunch and drinks with a view!! Budi managed the car skillfully through the sometimes tight and frequently busy roads around Ubud. He knew the best places go, the best seats to sit at and his timings were impeccable. He was kind, discret, competent, knowledgeable, polite, wise beyond his years. Thank you, Budi.
During my stay I made good use of the free shuttle service which whisks you into central Ubud and picks you up at designated times during the day. Any communications was calmly done using WhatsApp thru the hotel reception who responded very effieciently. The staff really look after you in a sincere and heartfelt way. The food in the dining area was beautifully presented. Thank you Hani and Arthur.
All the staff, including Rai, Jackie and Robin were cool, kind, unflappable, calm, smiling, respectful and professional. Also the young, beautiful and traditionally dressed reception staff, thank you all for such a memorable visit to Bali.

We really enjoyed the facility it’s beautiful and service was excellent especially lady name Hani in dining room, she was very friendly and remember your name on first day and always so helpful. Everything was great we really enjoyed our week at Ubud.

The staff here are all very friendly and I like the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. You can have a very good view and also the staff here are of great hospitality. I like the service from Hany and other staff as well. The garden here are also beautiful! It’s a good choice in Ubud Bali!

SPA 館的 阿麗(Ali) ，是我覺得最好的，比起外面的SPA館，真的有按到位，強烈推薦，力度要選『重』，很棒的體驗

無論度假村的品質 人員的服務 整體的環境 都是這區最佳的，非常值得推薦，常駐的工作人員很多 ，隨時都可以感到很優質的服務。

Fin udsigt fra 1. sals værelse som svarer til de billeder der er på nettet. Lille og overskueligt hotel med ro og tid til afslapning.
Maden var super lækker, både morgen og aften.
Nok nær den bedste massage jeg nogensinde har fået.
Vi kunne se risene på hotellets område vokse i den uge vi har været her 👍🏼

The service was top tier, very accomodating to us even when we arrived early they set us up with drinks and towels while we waited for our room to be ready. The rooms are beautiful, Balinese style decor with little rice fields in the courtyard by the pool. Best in-house restaurant we have experienced so far over our trip with special dinner night on Saturday with performance. We got breakfast included which was lovely, my favourite inclusive breakfast ao far and also includes complimentary afternoon tea. Location is a bit out of Ubud central but they have a shuttle that can take you out. For us, location was perfect because the views were stunning and outside of the hustle of main center which is why we give location a 5 star. We very much enjoyed our stay here, highly recommended! Thank you to all the staff, especially Hany.

Very nice place, we had stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and had own swimming pool. Very friendly staff, tasty breakfasts.

J’ai passé plusieurs jours dans ce très bel hôtel dans les rizières à l’écart de la ville. L’accueil et le service sont super. Le lieu est vraiment hors du temps avec un petit ruisseau, une piscine, un spa vraiment très bien. Je conseille les massages et la stone chamber. Excellent séjour !

Lovely Balinese style villa. Huge open plan living space and private pool. Perfect for family of five. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and quiet amongst the rice padi’s and only a short drive (depending on traffic) to Ubud centre.

Beautiful experience with kids

We loved our stayed here in this Villa.|Everyone is so helpful and professional. The place is very clean, but a bit away from the main town. You would need to get a ride to there, but other than everything is awesome!!

Ich war eine Woche im Arya Arkananta in Ubud. Das Hotel ist klein und sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein ruhiger Ort um vom Trubel in der Stadtmitte zu entkommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.||Während meines Urlaubs habe ich eine halbtags Tour mit Dewa gemacht. Während er mich zu den von mir ausgesuchten Location gebracht hat, hat er mir viele Einsichten in die Kultur gegeben und vom Balinesischen Alltag erzählt.

Everything was perfect, great atmosphere, clean rooms and excellent value. We really enjoyed our stay here.
