We stayed at the hotel for 4 days for our first stop to the Bali during our honeymoon. We should have booked this hotel for more days. The area is, for our taste and for what we wanted to see, ideal while the rooms are totally connected with nature, but the hotel is well organized that you will not face any problem with the natural habitats. The food is very good as well. A lot of variety as well for the 4 days.
The people here are so kind and warm, it would be pity if I don't mention some names.
Thanks to all the staff for the drop on and off to the parking area with the buggy.
Thanks to the lady that greeted us during the breakfast, with the red suit. She was amazing.

The room is amazing, we have a nice view over the swimming pool. The people who work Here are verry Nice and kind. The location is good, around the area are so manny things to do.

El personal y el servicio impresionante. Las habitación son muy muy bonitas y limpias. La ubicación está un poco apartado del centro por lo que para descansar es perfecto. Si quieres ir a visitar algo tienes que coger vehículo si o sí.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The outside area is beautiful and well-maintained, lush with greenery. The pool is very clean, with pleasant music, plenty of shade, and comfortable loungers.

The room is huge and beautifully designed, with plenty of outlets and various lighting options. But what I especially loved was the enormous balcony with a large sofa - it was so nice to lie there and do nothing, listening to the breeze and rustling leaves.

Breakfast impressed me: you choose one from about 30 dishes, all of high quality. Comes with delicious coffee, freshly squeezed juice, fruits, toast, and croissants. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is located somewhat away from Ubud's center (roughly 20–25 minutes on foot), but that's not a drawback. First, it offers a peaceful, serene retreat away from the noise and traffic of central Ubud. Second, if needed, you can easily reach the center on foot or by Grab Bike for less than $1. Third, there are good restaurants in the area, including the hotel's own restaurant. We really enjoyed evening walks through the local rural landscapes - that's exactly what you should experience when visiting Ubud.

The hotel has a beautiful spa center. We didn't use it, but it looked very stylish.

As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is located near a road that cars cannot drive on (the road is in good condition, it's just not wide enough for vehicles). So if you're arriving by taxi, you need to set the destination to the address that appears on Google Maps for the hotel. There's a small area with couches there, from where you'll be picked up by a golf cart to be driven directly to the hotel (see Takir Restaurant for the real location). It's literally just a few minutes' drive and about 10 minutes on foot. For us, this wasn't a problem.

To summarize: this is excellent value for money. Highly recommend, especially the Arkananta Premier Suite category (rooms on the 2nd floor with balcony).

Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the center of Ubud but still peaceful and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended 🙏🏼🌿

Generelt er det et helt exceptionelt sted, som vi varmt vil anbefale til alle. Vi har netop spist på restauranten og maden var fantastisk. Betjeningen var helt i top og vores tjener, Liana var opmærksom og serviceminded.

Absolutely beautiful!! The people here are incredibly kind and friendly, the food is amazing, I really appreciate the veggie, gluten free menu, the resort is so peaceful and clean!! The transport from the resort to the centre is really helpful too...
