What a great resort. The location, the rooms, the service and the natural beauty of the resort was spot on. I had an accident during my stay ( not at the hotel but outside) the hotel made sure I was taken care of. They were helpful and caring with my injury.

What an exceptional resort with outstanding customer service. Hany at Tirka restaurant made me feel very welcomed. Great attention to detail. The Balinese dance was unique and the Balinese set menu was absolutely delicious! I will certainly be returning and recommending to all family and friends. Absolutely stunning from beginning to end! Serene, relaxing, peaceful, stunning gardens, beautiful Balinese bungalows, pool with bar. The stone chamber, massage and body scrub is a definite must do. Very clean and everything accessible. Staff were absolutely fantastic, couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful Bali experience. Will definitely be back. Only wish we had booked to stay longer.
