Wonderful resort & spa tucked away among Balinese rice fields with very helpful staff that go out of the way to make you feel at home and make your stay memorable

We really enjoyed our time here, the location looks amazing. The staff is super friendly and attentive, espacially Juni and the restaurant service. The Balinese Food night is also definetly worth it. Really recommend!

The place is a pure Bali experience and Ms. Hany was very hospitable.

What a great resort. The location, the rooms, the service and the natural beauty of the resort was spot on. I had an accident during my stay ( not at the hotel but outside) the hotel made sure I was taken care of. They were helpful and caring with my injury.

What an exceptional resort with outstanding customer service. Hany at Tirka restaurant made me feel very welcomed. Great attention to detail. The Balinese dance was unique and the Balinese set menu was absolutely delicious! I will certainly be returning and recommending to all family and friends. Le personnel au petit soin pour que le séjour se passe au mieux.

Le resort est très bien entretenu, le rapport qualité prix est impeccable.

Noté que le Resort est accessible quand scooter ou Grab scooter mais une navette est mise à disposition par l’hôtel pour vous récupérer a 2min vous avez juste à les contacter sur Whatsapp.

Très bonne expérience dans cette endroit. Nous avons fais un doublon en réservant et étant donner que le remboursement n’étais pas possible ils nous ont gentiment surclassé et offert un petit déjeuné. Noter que l’endroit exact nest accessible qu’en scooter ou grab scooter cependant il y a une navette gratuite à deux minutes.

Très bel hôtel ouvert dans un cadre verdoyant et relaxant. La nourriture est excellente et raffinée. Le personnel très accueillant et très souriant particulièrement Arta.

El hotel es hermoso, cómodo y cuenta con servicio de traslado hacia el centro ,spa y varias actividades gratuitas
El restauraante tiene muchas opciones de comida y todo lo que probe estaba riquísimo , pero quiero destacar la amabilidad y buena predisposición del personal , todo el tiempo están con una sonrisa tratando de ayudar , me recibieron con una sorpresa en la habitación por mi cumpleaños y luego una torta y café de invitación, Gracias Arta por ser tan calido y amable , no recuerdo el nombre de los otros miembros del staff pero todo fue maravilloso . ❤️
